STE. GENEVIEVE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK

ESTABLISHED: OCTOBER 30, 2020

When you least expect it, this is the first low bridge we have seen in all of our van trips. Leann saw it and made sure I did. I am glad she did, we might have lost the top 18 inches of our van.

Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park (the 422nd NPS site) was created to preserve the best-surviving example of a French Colonial village in the United States.

This scale model of the town was way better than a map.

Too bad, the tavern was closed.

Our architect daughter would not approve of these steps.

This looks like it was just built.

THANKS FOR VISITING, STEVE
