We camped here on a previous trip and decided to stop again. The campground only offers pit toilets and water but the sites are nice, have pretty views and are quiet. All we need since we are self sufficient.
Due to time constraints we did not do much hiking on our previous trip. On this visit we hiked the 2 main trails in the area.
You don’t see them in this picture but a lot of people were fishing the river.

This looks like a good defensive site to me.
