I had no idea when Leann brought this guy home from the pound that he would still be around 16 years later. Say Happy Birthday to Sammy, he just turned 17 years old. That is 104 in human years using the new way to calculate dog age. He has definitely slowed down but who hadn’t? I was getting a little worried so I had to check and make sure he did not have a portrait in the attic.
His appetite is not what it use to be but he got a grilled hamburger supplement added to his birthday dinner. He ate all of it.
