Second time is a charm. Our last visit was cancelled due to the shutdown, not this time. We booked a tour through Salmon Ruins museum and had the same guide that took us to Bisti Badlands. She did another awesome job. She has a degree in archeology and provided a ton of information. I should have recorded her.
This is one of the better park signs.
All of the stone work was done with stone, bone or wood tools. They did not have metal.
How long would this take to build without modern tools?
